SHIPPING TERMS
• Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days by UPS.
• We cannot accept orders from outside the United States at this time.
• Holidays and weekends will delay shipment.
• YourFishingSupplies.com is not responsible for transit time.
• YourFishingSupplies.com is not liable for merchandise damaged during shipment; a claim will be filed with the carrier and upon approval, the replacement merchandise will be re-shipped.
• There is an eight dollar ($8.00) minimum shipping charge.
• Shipping prices vary by location.
• Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped.
 
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
• Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will have additional shipping charges.
• Some items, because of size, will be marked “additional shipping charges could apply.”
 
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
•  If you live outside the United States, contact us for your shipping charges.
•  Our suppliers do not drop ship outside of the United States.
•  We will have your order shipped to us and then ship your order to you.
•  We will give you the shipping cost upon request.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• YourFishingSupplies.com will charge a cancellation fee on all orders of up to 20% for re-stocking and handling.
• YourFishingSupplies.com does not guarantee item availability.  We do try to keep the web site up-to-date.  At times, last minute changes by the manufacturer affect the availability of a product.  If the product is not available, a full credit will be issued to your credit card.
• YourFishingSupplies.com disclaims all warranties both expressed and implied.
• YourFishingSupplies.com is not liable for merchandise damaged during shipment; a claim will be filed with the carrier and upon approval, the replacement merchandise will be re-shipped.
• Depending upon location, YourFishingSupplies.com may be required to add sales tax.

• If you find you need a rush order, you can call (651) 773-0851 or e-mail us at sales@yourfishingsupplies.com and we will do what we can to help you have the order on time.
 
REFUND POLICY DETAILS:
• Item must be returned within: 7 Days
• Refund will be given as: Money Back
• The customer may return any unused item excluding terminal tackle &
lures within 7 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping cost and
29% re-stocking fee.
• The return item must still be in it's original packaging, including
box, accessories, papers...etc.
• Return shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer.
• Please contact YourFishingSupplies.com before you return any shipment.  Kindly take note, reimbursements will only be made after we've receive and access the items.
